On April 18, Lakeside will host the One-Day Missions Experience hosted by our partners at the ABWE missions agency. During this day-long workshop with other Engage churches, you’ll get a clearer picture of God’s global mission. You’ll also identify next steps you can take, whether that’s joining a mission trip, considering full-time missionary service and more. Signup deadline: April 12. What to expect: Key details:

Join us as we clean up our adopted stretch of Hwy 415. We want to ensure that everyone who participates in the cleanup event is safe and able to handle the tasks involved. Given the potential hazards of the environment, we are asking that parents not bring children under the age of 10 to the ditch cleanup event. Join us for Lakeside’s fifth annual Memorial Day bike ride! We will meet at the church parking lot at 7:00am and take the trail to Big Creek State Park (about a 12-mile round trip).

Join us for an evening of baptisms and testimonies on June 23rd at 6:30pm. You can either bring a picnic meal for your family or eat before you come. We will provide drinks & dessert. Bring a chair as seating in the shelter house is limited.

We are planning a Lakeside evening with the Iowa Cubs at Principal Park on August 14th. Bring your family and invite some friends! Stay after the game for some great fireworks! Contact the church office for instructions on purchasing tickets.
