Community Bridges connects Lakesiders with trusted local organizations they can serve with, give to, and pray for. Together, we can meet practical needs, build meaningful relationships, and share the love and hope of Jesus in our own community.
Our service flows from the calling Jesus gives His church—to be His witnesses and to love others not only with words, but through faithful action.

Hope Ministries
Could you help someone find hope beyond homelessness, addiction, or abuse?
Hope Ministries serves those who are homeless, hungry, abused, or addicted, providing opportunities for hope, recovery, and restoration through the love of Jesus Christ.
Meals from the Heartland
Could you share one hour of your time to help feed hungry children?
Meals from the Heartland empowers individuals and groups to package life-saving meals for children and families facing hunger around the world.
North Polk Schools
What simple act of kindness can you provide to encourage a North Polk student, family, or teacher?
Partnering with the North Polk Community School District allows Lakeside to demonstrate the love of Christ by meeting practical needs.
Moms in Prayer meets on Tuesdays at 2pm to pray for the North Community School District. For details, contact the Lakeside office.
On With Life
Will you spend time with someone recovering from a brain injury to show them they are seen and valued?
On With Life helps people rebuild their lives after brain injuries, stroke, and other neurological conditions through expert rehabilitation and compassionate care.
Contact the Lakeside office to coordinate visits for individuals, pairs, or groups who would live to serve at On With Life.
Single Parent Provision
Would you love to come alongside a single parent with practical help and encouragement?
Single Parent Provision connects single parents with Christ-focused practical help, caring relationships, life-skills training, and community support so they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
Wildwood Hills Ranch
Could you help change the life of a child or veteran through encouragement, adventure, and hope?
Wildwood Hills Ranch serves vulnerable children, at-risk youth, and veterans through camps, retreats, equine therapy, and leadership programs that foster healing, hope, and personal growth.
Wings of Refuge
Would you like to help survivors of human trafficking find hope and healing?
Wings of Refuge offers safe housing, supportive relationships, and Christ-centered care that help survivors of sexual exploitation experience healing and restoration.
